St. Lawrence School actively seeks ways to reach out to the community.
In the past, we invited the men and women who protect our country to our Veteran’s Day Concert and we offered a Living Rosary for our parish. Some of our Middle School students participated in the C.O.P.S. Service honoring the fallen police force members.
Our Advent Projects have included collecting money for moms and babies through the Baby Bottle Campaign, collecting batteries for the Andrews Center, and food items for Food Link.
Students created Christmas wreaths for the Sisters of St. Joseph Infirmary. They also made Christmas cards for the Sisters.
The students have read books and taken AR tests to "earn" money. For every 10 points a student earned, $1.00 was donated to the Andrews Center.
Our Lenten projects have included collecting Coins for Change to help the earthquake victims in Haiti.
