After School Care

After School Care Start Date for 2024-2025 School Year: Wednesday September 4, 2024

St. Lawrence School offers a safe, supervised, active After School Care (ASC) program for students in grades PreK-5.  Please note that After School Care for preschool is part of the wrap around program.  Preschool students must be enrolled in the wrap around program to participate in After School Care. 

After School Care is located in the gymnasium and the soccer field behind the school building.  Parents are asked to approach the north door of the school building by the gymnasium.  A sign on the north door will indicate where the after school care students are participating in activities during that time and whether parents should pick them up from the soccer field or gymnasium.

Hours: Each school day from 2:30pm - 5:30pm
It is imperative that children be picked up promptly at 5:30.
Additional fees will be charged for any child signed out after 5:30

Students who are not on a bus, not attending an after school program, and are not
picked up at dismissal will be placed in After School Care (at the parent’s expense) to
ensure proper supervision.

ASC Fees (K-5 Only)

After School Care billing is done in increments of 1 hour 2:30-3:30, 3:30-4:30, 4:30-5:30
at a rate of $10.00 per hour for 1 child, $8 per hour for each additional sibling

 The cost for Preschool After School Care is incorporated in the tuition fee
 for the Preschool Full Day Program.

Billing
